End User License Agreement / Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Huminic Dev ("Company", "we", "our") governing your use of our software applications and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, including connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Our application provides financial data analysis, cash flow management, and reporting tools by integrating with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official API. The service allows you to:

• View and analyze your QuickBooks financial data
• Generate financial reports and projections
• Monitor cash flow and financial health metrics

3. QuickBooks Integration

Our application connects to your QuickBooks Online account using OAuth 2.0 authorization provided by Intuit. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account within our application or through your QuickBooks account settings at accounts.intuit.com.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to accurately display and process your financial data, we do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, projections, or analyses. Our service is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our application, including software, design, and documentation, remain the property of Huminic Dev. Your financial data remains your property at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huminic Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by disconnecting your QuickBooks account and ceasing use of the service. Upon termination, we will delete your cached data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huminic Dev operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
